摘要 PURPOSE: A method for successively manufacturing nitrobenzene is provided to maintain the quality of products and to remarkably increase space-time yield at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A method for successively manufacturing nitrobenzene comprises a step for nitriding benzene with acids for nitration in a reaction space for dispersing benzene and acids for nitration, wherein (a) the acid for nitration contains 3.0 weight % nitric acid and 67.0 weight % or more of sulfuric acid, based on 100 weight % acids for nitration; (b) a reaction start temperature is more than 100.0 °C and less than 102.0 °C; (c) an emulsion of acids for nitration with benzene before a nitric acid conversion rate becomes 60%; and (d) 60% or more of used nitric acid is converted within 13 volume % of a reaction space after initial dispersion.
