A COLLAPSIBLE SPORTS GOAL

A collapsible sports goal (1) comprising a frame composed of at least a plurality of elongated frame members (4) detachably connected end-to-end in a series by means of joint members (10) and at least two corner joint members (14) inserted between two adjacent frame members (4) in the series. In the erected position the frame defines a base section (3) and an object receiving section (2) joined by means of the at least two corner joint members (14). At last some of the joint members (10) are curved or bend at an angle larger than 90° and smaller than 180° to form an arched object receiving section (2), to provide a self-sustained sports goal structure, which is versatile, durable, stable and sturdy goal for use when playing games like football, hockey etc, outside a regular sports field.
