<p>Disclosed is a composition for antireflection, which can provide a low-refractive-index layer which exhibits excellent abrasion resistance and adhesion, while having a sufficiently low refractive index. Also disclosed are an antireflective film having a layer obtained by curing the composition, a polarizing plate and an image display device. Specifically disclosed is a composition for antireflective layers, which is characterized by containing (A) hollow silica particles, (B) a cationically polymerizable compound represented by general formula (1), and (C) a cationic photopolymerization initiator. In general formula (1), R1 represents a cationically polymerizable group having 1-10 carbon atoms; R2 represents a group selected from a methyl group, an ethyl group and a propyl group; and n represents 0, 1 or 2.</p> |
