<p>Provided is a method for producing an injection molded product, whereby control can be carried out certainly on the side where the molded product is left at the time of die releasing and the production process can be automated efficiently. The method is also applicable to production of a soft molded product. Also disclosed is an injection molding die. An injection molding die (10) is characterized by comprising a fixed die (20) and a movable die (30) which form a molding cavity (50) at the time of die clamping, material injection means (25, 26, 27) provided in at least one of the fixed die (20) or the movable die (30) and injecting a molding material into the cavity (50), molded product removing means (37, 38) provided in at least one of the fixed die (20) or the movable die (30) and removing a molded product from the die after mold releasing, and a vacuum suction path provided in the die (30) which is provided with the molded product removing means (37, 38) in order to reduce the pressure in the cavity (50). The method for producing an injection molded product is characterized in that the injection molding die (10) is used therein.</p> |
