PURPOSE: A food processor is provided to recycle food waste as compost by removing salt in the food waste by injecting triple salt to the food waste, and to reduce discharge amount of the food waste by hydrating, pulverizing and drying the food waste. CONSTITUTION: A food processor includes a main body(100) and a triple-salt supply device(200) supplying triple salt to food waste and is equipped to one side of the main body. The triple-salt supply device includes a container(210) with a button storing triple salt, an injection nozzle(220) formed on one side of the container, and a button press part(230) pressurizing a button. The button press part is controlled in a constant time interval. The button press part is operated 6 ~ 9 times. |
