PURPOSE: A sun visor and cargo screen assembly for a vehicle is provided to dually protect cargo from sunlight. CONSTITUTION: A sun visor and cargo screen assembly for a vehicle comprises a cargo screen. The cargo screen extends toward the front and rear side of a vehicle and covers cargo. A sun visor assembly(7) is integrally assembled in the cargo screen assembly. The sun visor screen of the sun visor assembly shields a rear side window. The sun visor assembly is wound in a screen housing assembly(2) of the cargo screen assembly. The sun visor screen is drawn through a through hole(2aa) of the screen housing assembly.
