RECYCLING METHOD OF LICL SALT WASTES BY USING LAYER CRYSTALLIZATION AND THE APPARATUS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A salt waste re-utilizing method and an apparatus thereof are provided to easily separate Cs and Sr from LiCl salt waste by using a layer crystallization. CONSTITUTION: A crystallization furnace(100) stores LiCl salt waste including radionuclide. A crystallizer(300) is charged in LiCl salt waste stored in the crystallization furnace. The crystallizer comprises a housing(310) and a cooling unit. The cooling unit is arranged inside the housing. The cooling unit cools the housing in order to solidify the LiCl salt. A melting furnace(200) separates the LiCl salt and the radionuclide by fusing the solidified LiCl salt.
