PURPOSE: A concrete beam reinforced with a slip-shape steel sheet is provided to improve the ductile behavior by increase integrity with a parent material by increasing the bonding area. CONSTITUTION: A concrete beam reinforced with a slip-shape steel sheet(100) comprises a shear span, an inclined slit type steel plate(120) and an adhesive agent. The shear span is connected to the both sides of the inclined slit type steel plate with the adhesive agent. A plurality of inclined slits(122) is formed on the inclined slit type steel plate.
