PURPOSE: A block for generating wind force and solar energy on a road is provided to generate electricity using wind force and to absorb noise by vehicles. CONSTITUTION: A secondary generating plate(33), which is inclined to an outer edge part, is installed between the middle of a secondary support stand(13) and a supporting beam(12). A movement space is formed on the upper plate of the secondary generating plate. Solar power generation boards(31,31') are upwardly inclined toward the center part of a road. The solar power generation board is symmetrically composed in the upper side height of the secondary support stand and the supporting beam. A drain part is formed between fixtures. Rotating blades are form on the blocks. |
