In vitro method and kit for prognosis or prediction of response to treatment with TNF-alfa factor blocking agents by patients with rheumatoid arthritis, comprising determination of a blood sample from said patients of the degree of expression of at least one of the eight genes selected from the group: HLA-DRB3, EAT2, GNLY, CAMP, SLC2A3, IL2RB, MXD4 and TLR5 or combinations thereof, and comparison of said degree of expression with respect to the values of expression obtained from patients responding to the treatment and not responding thereto. |
