PURPOSE: A heating and cooling device for a green house is provided to reduce manufacturing costs of the device with simple structure, and to make rapid cooling and heating processes with heat storage/cold storage processes by using heat exchange liquid. CONSTITUTION: A main body part(10) include a first heat exchanger(12), an air inlet(14) sucking air to the first heat exchanger, an air outlet(16) discharging the air, and a blower(18) discharging or sucking the air to the first heat exchanger. A heat storage tank(30) stores the liquid for heat exchange. A heat exchanger(20) exchanges heat between liquid and the air in the first heat exchanger. A pump of the heat exchanger circulates liquid for the heat exchange to the heat exchanger. A cooling device(50) cools refrigerant and supplies the cooled refrigerant to a cooling coil. The second heat exchanger(60) has the cooling coil. The heater heats the liquid for the heat exchange and is installed on a head of the inlet. A control part controls the heater, the cooling device, the pump, and the blower.
