<p>A pigment solution (L1) that an organic pigment is dissolved in a solvent, a poor solvent (L2) which decreases solubility of the organic pigment in the pigment solution (L1) to precipitate particles of the organic pigment, and a dispersant solution (L3) containing a dispersant in an organic solvent which acts as a good solvent to the organic pigment are merged in one merging region (14) via each separate inlet flow channel (16A to 16C) and flowed out from the merging region (14) through one single mixing flow channel (18), thereby producing particulates by directly dispersing particles precipitated in an aqueous medium comprising the pigment solution (L1) and poor solvent (L2) into an organic solvent medium containing the dispersant.</p> |
