THE FUEL CELL POWER CONVERSION CIRCUIT FOR TIG WELDER BY DIRECT CONVERSION

PURPOSE: A power conversion circuit is provided to reduce noise and miniaturize a circuit by using a fuel battery as a power supply. CONSTITUTION: A fuel battery(100) is the power supply of a TIG(Tungsten Inert Gas) welding machine. A switching unit(200) changes a DC outputted from a fuel battery to a high frequency AC. A booster transformer(300) boosts the high frequency AC to the voltage for the TIG welding. A rectifier(400) rectifies the boosted AC to the DC voltage. A controller(500) controls a switching unit by feeding back the secondary side output current of the booster transformer and the voltage of the welding load terminal.
