PURPOSE: A fluid control device is provided to control the flow rate of fluid and effectively restrict noise, flashing and cavitation by reducing the fluid energy. CONSTITUTION: A fluid control device comprises a valve body(10), a cage(20), a plug(30), and a differential pressure adjusting member(40). The valve body includes a fluid inlet(11), a fluid outlet(12), and a passage(13) connecting the inlet and the outlet. The cage is installed inside the passage of the valve body and includes a plurality of orifices(21). The plug is inserted in the cage and opens or closes the orifices of the cage by moving in the longitudinal direction of the cage. The differential pressure adjusting member is arranged separate from the perimeter of the cage and has flow paths through which fluid passes.
