Use of optionally purified lysophospholipid and/or phospholipid, for the preparation of the food composition to improve lipid digestion, where the lysophospholipid and/or phospholipid is lysophosphatidylinositol, oleic lysophosphatidic acid, lysophosphatidylserine, oleic lysophosphatidylcholine or phosphatidylethanolamine docosahexaenoic acid, is claimed. Independent claims are included for: (1) a composition comprising the lysophospholipid and/or phospholipid, and at least an other compound compatible with food comprising admissible food additives, excipients, acidifying agent, anti-agglomerating agent, coloring agent, flavoring agent or sweetener; and (2) a process for improving the lipid digestion comprising administration of the composition in digestive tube, preferably orally in human or in animal. |
