Subject: two-shaft hydraulically-moving rotary base for the placing of photovoltaic collectors.Constitution: a) it is composed either of a steady support column 1 made of square-shaped tube offering optimal firmness to the base mechanism or of a folding support column 19 offering extra enhanced protection against strong winds by lowering the gravity centre of the base mechanism and reducing its resistance; b) a horizontally moving system with rack 14 and shaft 4 placed at the top of the support column 1 or 19 offering shock-free high-accuracy movements and minimization of the distortion hazard of the shaft; c) accessories interconnected either via screws or pins facilitating the mounting and dismounting of the base mechanism.
