PURPOSE: A test tray for test handler is provided to appropriately match the floating range of the insert located in the first area. CONSTITUTION: The frame comprises a plurality of mounting units arranged to the predetermined array form. A plurality of mounting units forms the mounting groove. A plurality of inserts(82) are installed to the mounting unit. A plurality of clamping units clinches a plurality of inserts on a plurality of mounting units so that the coplanar flow is allowed. The coplanar floating range of the inserts located in the first area smalls than the coplanar floating range of the inserts located in the second part locating in the outside of the first area. The width (W11,W12) of the mounting groove(81-1a1) locating in the first area smalls than the width (W21,W22) of the mounting groove(81-1a2) locating in the second part. |
