MOBILE TERMINAL AND METHOD FOR SWITCHING DATA CALL BY CONNECTION OF TERMINAL THEREOF

PURPOSE: A mobile terminal and a method for switching data call by connection of terminal thereof are provided to easily switch data communications when data communications based on other interface during data communication. CONSTITUTION: A storage unit(250) stores a browser for a first data communication based on a first interface, an MIP(Mobile Internet Protocol), a PPP(Point to Point Protocol) unit which initializes and activates the first and second interface. If a second data communication based on the second interface is selected during the first data communication, a control unit initializes and activates the second interface and synchronizes the first and second interface. The control unit re-registers an MIP to a network to obtain an updated IP and performs the second data communication through the IP.
