PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular transmission control device for improving fuel consumption as a whole by selecting an optimum warm-up pattern. SOLUTION: The vehicular transmission control device can set a plurality of warm-up patterns for restricting a change of a shift stage or a gear ratio to establish the warm-up completing condition of a vehicle. It comprises a means for measuring or estimating fuel consumption when one warm-up pattern is used, and a means for measuring or estimating fuel consumption when the other warm-up pattern is used. Herein, the warm-up pattern to be selected is determined in accordance with the comparison of the result of the measurement or estimation of the fuel consumption in the one warm-up pattern with the result of the measurement or estimation of the fuel consumption in the other warm-up pattern.
