PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubrication-treated steel sheet suitable for a car body structural component such as a car body panel requiring chemical conversion treatability, adhesive properties and formability on high levels, and to provide a lubrication film forming treatment liquid. SOLUTION: The lubrication-treated steel sheet is obtained by forming a lubrication film in which a lubricant and a formability improvement agent are blended into lithium silicate as a film component on the surface of a steel sheet. In the lithium silicate, the atomic ratio of Li/Si is 0.8 to 4.0, and the mass ratio of the lubricant/lithium silicate is 0.1 to 2.0. The formability improvement agent is composed of polyacrylic acid and/a nonionic surfactant, and the content thereof is 0.01 to 20% in the solid content. The lubricant is composed of wax and metallic soap, and the mass ratio of the metallic soap/wax is 0.3 to 5.0. The total content of the lithium silicate, lubricant and formability improvement agent is preferably controlled to 10 to 1,100 mg/m<SP>2</SP>. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
