<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorant for lower alkyl (meta) acrylate excellent in the performance of reducing the smell of a lower alkyl (meta) acrylate of ethyl acrylate or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The deodorant for the lower alkyl (meta) acrylate contains a compound indicated by formula (1), H<SB>2</SB>N(CH<SB>2</SB>CH<SB>2</SB>NH)<SB>n</SB>H, as an effective component, where n in the formula is an integer of 2 to 5. For instance, the compound (triethylenetetramine) in which n in the formula is 3 is preferable. Such a deodorant is suitable for deodorizing the smell of a low alkyl (meta) acrylate inside an empty container by being sprayed into the container after the low alkyl (meta) acrylate or the like for instance is transporteded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
