PURPOSE: A paint spray system using hydraulic pressure is provided to form a paint layer of high-viscosity paint, and to smoothly spray the paint with the hydraulic pressure as a power source while offering environmentally friendly effects. CONSTITUTION: A paint spray system using hydraulic pressure sprays main paint and hardener with the constant ratio. The paint spray system comprises the following: a hydraulic-pressure supply source(2) supplying the hydraulic pressure; a main hydraulic drive pump(4) consisting of a first and a second paint spray parts; a manifolder(10) with a mixing chamber fixing the main paint and the hardener; a mixer(12,14) mixing mixed liquid; a spray gun(16,18) spraying the mixed liquid; and a supply unit supplying cleaning liquid to a first and a second lines.
