The invention relates to a method which is intended for producing shaped fuel elements from biomass material and in which the biomass material, in the first instance, is fed to a filling apparatus (16) by a feed means (70), and then the biomass material is removed from the filling apparatus (16) and, by way of a conveying means (15), compressed and rolled up such that the biomass material is formed into a sausage-like profile, and finally the compressed and rolled-up biomass material is cut into shaped fuel elements by means of a cutting tool (33). This invention also relates to a corresponding apparatus and to the corresponding system for producing shaped fuel elements from biomass material, and also to the corresponding shaped fuel elements made of biomass material itself. |
