<p>THE PRESENT INVENTION RELATES TO A HOT-BLAST STOVE OF A BLAST FURNACE APPLIED IN THE METALLURGICAL INDUSTRY, AND ESPECIALLY TO A TOP COMBUSTION STOVE WITH A LONGER SERVICE LIFE HAVING HEAT-INSULATING LAYERS IN ITS PRECOMBUSTION CHAMBER. THE SETTING OF THE HEAT-INSULATING LAYER IN THE PRECOMBUSTION CHAMBER CAN EFFECTIVELY BLOCK THE HEAT TRANSMISSION FROM THE INNER PARTITION IN THE PRECOMBUSTION CHAMBER TO THE INNER PARTITION IN THE GAS RING CAVITY AND IN THE AIR RING CAVITY, LOWER THE TEMPERATURE OF THE INNER PARTITIONS IN THE GAS RING CAVITY AND THE AIR RING CAVITY, REDUCE THE TEMPERATURE STRESS, AND MEANWHILE DIMINISH THE THERMAL EXPANSION, SO AS TO MAKE THE HEAT MOVE FREELY BETWEEN THE INNER PARTITIONS OF THE GAS RING CAVITY AND THE INNER PARTITIONS OF THE AIR RING CAVITY AND THUS A THRUST AGAINST THE INNER PARTITIONS OF THE GAS RING CAVITY AND THE AIR RING CAVITY CAN NOT BE FORMED, THEREBY PROLONGING THE SERVICE LIFE OF THE HOT-BLAST STOVE. ALSO, A RING CAVITY HEAT-INSULATING LAYER IS DISPOSED IN THE SECOND INNER LINING LOCATED BETWEEN THE GAS RING CAVITY AND THE AIR RING CAVITY. SAID INNER CAVITY OF THE PRECOMBUSTION CHAMBER IS TAPER SHAPED AND A MOVABLE THERMAL ISOLATION LID IS SET BETWEEN THE PRECOMBUSTION CHAMBER AND THE VAULT (THE COMBUSTION CHAMBER). IMPROVING THE MIXING EFFECT OF GAS AND AIR AND REDUCING THE HEAT RADIANT ARISEN FROM THE HOT WIND BEING PROVIDED TO THE PRECOMBUSTION CHAMBER CAB BE MADE ON THE BASIS OF DIFFERENT PRACTICAL REQUIREMENTS.</p> |
