<p>PURPOSE: A communication system which enables communications exceeding a speed limit, a terminal speed management server thereof, a mobile terminal thereof, a communication method of the mobile terminal, a communication relay method thereof, and a storage medium thereof are provided to enable a high speed mobile terminal and a low speed mobile terminal to transceiver data by local area wireless communication and the low speed mobile terminal to communicate the data with a mobile communication network, thereby enabling communications regardless of moving speed. CONSTITUTION: A positioning server(160) calculates the current position, moving speed, and moving direction of a high speed mobile terminal(110) which moves at a speed more than a critical speed to provide the position, speed, direction data to terminal speed management server(170). The terminal speed management server searches a low speed mobile terminal(120) located in the traveling direction of the high speed mobile terminal based on information provided from the positioning server. The terminal speed management server calculates time or location in which the high speed mobile terminal and low speed mobile terminal can perform local area wireless communications to notify the time or location information to the high speed mobile terminal.</p> |
