MANUFACTURE OF THREAD USING GRASS FIBER AND THREAD MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME

PURPOSE: A thread manufacturing method and threads manufactured thereby are provided to manufacture the threads with several kinds of fibers in length with a dissolving machine by effectively fermenting plants with different methods. CONSTITUTION: A thread manufacturing method using plant fiber includes the following steps: cutting the plants in a length of 1 ~ 10 cm after drying the plants; fermenting the cut plants in water with a natural method or a fermenting material; mixing 5-20 volume% of the plants and 80-95 volume% of water; dissolving a mixture in an mixing device for 1 ~ 10 minutes; washing the dissolved plants fiber with water; softening and washing the fiber; and spinning the dried fiber with each process.
