A SUPPORTTING METHOD FOR RAPID HANDOVER BASE ON MULTI-CHANNEL WIRELESS COMMUNICATION

PURPOSE: A rapid handover supporting method based on multi channel wireless communications is provided to shorten scanning time based on group scanning and perform wireless communication with a critical value reset according to situation, thereby enabling seamless wireless communication in a high speed moving state. CONSTITUTION: OBE(Onboard Equipment) selects a use channel(S110). RSE(Road Side Equipment) which uses the selected channel is selected(S120). Critical values of the RSE and the OBE are set(S130). A beacon signal is received from the selected RSE(S140). The reception signal strength of the beacon signal is compared with the sum of state management element values of the OBE and the RSE(S150). The RSE is selected according to the compared beacon signal.
