摘要 PURPOSE: A bandgap reference voltage circuit is provided to improve efficiency of the supply voltage rejection ratio by enabling the voltage of the voltage supply circuit not to depend on a power supply voltage. CONSTITUTION: A first and a second thermo-sensitive device outputs an output voltage with the negative temperature coefficient based on temperature. A first resistor(41) generates a voltage with a positive temperature coefficient based on voltage by subtracting the output voltage of a second thermo-sensitive device from the output voltage of a first thermo-sensitive device. A first conductivity type MOS transistor(11~21) operates based on a second power supply voltage. The first conductivity type MOS transistor provides an output current based on the output voltage of the first thermo-sensitive device. A first conductivity type MOS transistor of a second(23) operates based on a second power supply voltage. The first conductivity type MOS transistor of a second provides an output current based on the total sum voltage between the output voltage of the second thermo-sensitive device and a voltage generated in the first resistor.
