PURPOSE: A fluid transportation device is provided to effectively perform heat-exchanging with outside, and to minimize damage to the device. CONSTITUTION: A fluid transportation device has a contact angle, which is different from fluid. Surfaces(210,220) are repetitively formed on the fluid transportation device. The fluid is transferred by power generated by a difference between the contact angles. A flow angle of the fluid is 0~5°. The surfaces comprise the inner surface of a pipe(200).
