PURPOSE: A waste heat recovery system of cold rolled steel manufacturing equipment is provided to save energy and to reduce a production cost by obtaining cooling effect of a gas jet cooling portion and temperature-rising effect of de-mineralize water. CONSTITUTION: A waste heat recovery system of cold rolled steel manufacturing equipment comprises a low temperature de-mineralize water], a low temperature de-mineralize water supply pipe, a high temperature de-mineralize water tank, and a high temperature de-mineralize supply pipe. The temperature of de-mineralize water increases by absorbing the waste heat through a heat exchange in the gas jet cooling portion. The gas jet cooling portion is included in a H-Continuous vertical galvanizing line or a CGL(continuous galvanizing line).
