LENS WITH MICRO-PATTERNED COMPLEX SURFACE AND MAKING METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A lens with a micro-patterned complex surface and a making method of the same are provided to distribute the light from a light source widely and uniformly. CONSTITUTION: A template is formed by patterning a fine complex pattern on a substrate(1). A thin film layer(3) covers the fine complex pattern(2). The thin film layer which is made of material having elasticity is formed on the template. The thin film layer and template are separated from each other after attaching the thin film layer to an opening of a chamber. The chamber is concaved inward when receiving a negative pressure.
