PURPOSE: A pine needle cleansing agent containing honey and pine needle component is provided to moisture skin, to remove dirt, and to relieve skin dryness caused by aging. CONSTITUTION: A method or manufacturing a pine needle cleansing agent comprises: a step of washing and drying garlic; a step of mixing dried garlic and honey at a weight ratio of 1:1 and maturing; a step of removing garlic from the mixture; a step of mixing 75-80 weight% of honey and 20-25 weight% of pine needle powder; and a step of fermenting the mixture.
