TOUCHLESS POSITIONING SYSTEM USING CCD CAMERA

PURPOSE: A contactless position measuring system using a Charge Coupled Device camera is provided to enable a worker to safely install the system, and to precisely measure the position of an object without external influence. CONSTITUTION: A contactless position measuring system using a CCD camera comprises a cross line laser(100), a laser displacement sensor(200), a CCD camera(300), and a control computer(400). The cross line laser irradiates a pair of line lasers to be crossed, and forms a reference point. The laser displacement sensor corrects a coordinate of the CCD camera to a real coordinate depending on the measured distance. The CCD camera displays an object(1) by measuring, and transfers position information of the measured object to the control computer. The control computer controls a position change of the object based on the position information.
