PURPOSE: A fastening device of a steel reinforcement of reinforced concrete structure and a heat exchange pipe, and a buried construction method of a heat exchange pipe using the same are provided to connect steel reinforcement and heat exchange pipe by using a first holder and a second holder. CONSTITUTION: A fastening device of a steel reinforcement of reinforced concrete structure and a heat exchange pipe comprises a first holder(110) and a second holder(120). One side of the first holder is opened and the heat exchange pipe is inserted in the first holder. One side of the second holder is opened and the steel reinforcement is inserted in the second holder. The first holder and the second holder are connected to one another.
