<p>The utility model discloses a single exchange unit which is used for exchanging radio frequency signals between a tested device and a testing device. In the prior art, the hardware cost for replacing the radio frequency signal exchange unit is high, reconfiguration is slow, and moreover, the testing system investment intensity is high. The signal exchange unit comprises a plurality of input ends and output ends, a controllable switch matrix and a control part, and is characterized in that: the signal exchange unit comprises an electric control part and a configuration memory; the electric control part is different from switches in the switch matrix; and the signal exchange unit is so configured as to respond to a first control command received by the signal exchange unit to change the characteristics of the electric control part, and store information corresponding to the changed characteristics into the configuration memory. Compared with the prior art, the signal exchange unit according to the embodiment of the utility model gives more flexibility, reduces the needed investment, and helps to reduce the delay caused by change made in a test.</p> |
