PURPOSE: A drying apparatus for organic waste using cold air dehumidification is provided to effectively remove the moisture from organic waste and reduce the time for drying. CONSTITUTION: A drying apparatus for organic waste using cold air dehumidification includes a drying chamber(200). The drying chamber is composed of a drying tray(300) which accepts waste matured in an aging tank(100), an evaporator(50) which lets the air from the drying chamber contact with a coolant through a blower(55) and circulates the air and coolant to the drying tray, a first condenser(20) which radiates and reduces a high temperature and a pressure coolant through the condensation effect, and a second condenser(30) where the coolant from the first condenser or a compressor flows in.
