To provide an intake structure of a vehicle in which an air cleaner having a predetermined capacity or more being secured can be disposed in a rear frame portion having a space limited due to a reduction in size of a vehicle. An air cleaner includes a first air cleaner chamber and a second air cleaner chamber, and is disposed behind a driver's seat or a passenger seat, and on a side of an internal combustion engine in such a manner that the first air cleaner chamber and the second air cleaner chamber sandwiches a part of a vehicle body frame.
