The oil-retaining collar prevents the lubricating oil from flowing out of the pivotal hinge, prevents the components from wearing away, keeps the pivotal hinge rotating smoothly and has hooks formed separately on the two edges. The hooks hold the collar securely around the pivotal hinge.
