PURPOSE: A control apparatus for transmitting and receiving data for assigning data bus according to the control signal is provided to transmit and receive data and digital analog converter and reduce system complexity. CONSTITUTION: A first conversion unit(120) changes the analog signal into the digital signal. A second transform unit(130) changes the digital signal into the analog signal. A bus switching unit assigns one data bus based on the control signal of a host(110) to data transmit and receive between host and the first conversion part or data transmit and receive between host and the second transform unit. A clock switching unit offers the clock signal and receives the first conversion part or the second transform unit.
