PURPOSE: An organic thin film transistor array and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to selectively evaporate a semiconductor layer of an organic thin film transistor. The effectiveness of the process is secured. CONSTITUTION: A gate electrode is formed in the top of the substrate. The gate insulating layer is formed on the gate electrode. Source and drain electrodes are formed on the gate insulating layer. The organic barrier layer is formed on the gate insulating layer. The organic semiconductor layer is selectively formed within the barrier layer with spin or the slit method of coating.
