Provided is a medical device (1) which measures a state of a biological body. The medical device (1) includes: a main body (2) containing a measurement device inside; and a sheet member (3). One side of the sheet member (3) displays information (4) concerning a user and the other side is attached to the external surface of the main body (2). The sheet member (3) has a sheet-shaped base (6), a protection layer (5) formed on one side (6a) of the base (6), and an adhesive layer (7) formed on the other side (6b) of the base (6). Here, the protection layer (5) is preferably formed from a translucent material and the one side (6a) of the base (6) preferably displays information (4) on the user.
