ACTIVE MATRIX ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY APPARATUS

PURPOSE: An active type OLED display device using a scanning line driving circuit is provided to simplify the design and manufacturing process of a drive line by interlinking a scanning line to the cathode terminal of the OLED and driving the pixel circuit. CONSTITUTION: The gate terminal of a switching transistor(T2) is connected to a scanning line. The drain terminal of the switching transistor is connected to a data line. The gate terminal of a driving transistor(T1) is connected to the source terminal of the switching transistor. The drain terminal of the driving transistor is connected to a positive common power supply(VDD) line. The one end of a capacitor(Cs) is connected to the source terminal of the switching transistor and the gate terminal of the driving transistor. The other end of the capacitor is connected to the drain of the driving transistor and the positive common power line. The anode terminal of a OLED(OLED) is connected to the source terminal of the driving transistor. The cathode of the OLED is connected to the scanning line.
