PURPOSE: A fluorescent substance is introduced within the nano structure forming the method of forming phosphor layer using the block copolymer micelle is the block copolymer micelle. The adjustment of the transfer of energy between the fluorescent substances is made possible and the luminescence intensity and emitted light color can be controlled. CONSTITUTION: A substrate is prepared(S1). The block copolymer micelle solution is manufactured(S2). The first fluorescent substance and the second phosphor are introduced to the core of the block copolymer micelle and the first micelle solution is manufactured(S3). The first fluorescent substance and the third fluorescent substance are introduced to the core of the block copolymer micelle and the second micelle solution is manufactured. The first micelle solution and the second micelle solution are mixed. The solution mixing the first micelle solution and the second micelle solution is spread in the top of the substrate(S4).
