PURPOSE: A steel beam for lowering floor height and a concrete-steel alloy beam using the same are provided to improve fire-resistance and field construction property, secure structural stability, and prevent slip between concrete and steel. CONSTITUTION: A steel beam for lowering floor height comprises a bottom plate(11), a lateral part(14), a web(12), an upper flange(13) and a plurality of C-channels(15). The bottom plate is vertically formed as the floor side of the beam. The lateral part is vertically bent upward from the both ends of the bottom plate. The upper flange is connected to the upper end of the web and is horizontally formed. The C-channels pass through the lower part of the web, are connected to both lateral parts, are apart from each other, and are attached on the upper side of the bottom plate.
