ANTI-OBESE IMMUNOGENIC HYBRID POLYPEPTIDES AND ANTI-OBESE VACCINE COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An immunogenicity hybrid polypeptide and a vaccine composition containing the same for preventing or treating obesity are provided to apply to animal including livestock and induce constant antibody reaction of each individual. CONSTITUTION: An immunogenic hybrid polypeptide comprises: a monomer to tetramer of peptide having an amino acid of sequence number 1, 2, or 3; a rabies virus helper T cell epitope or hepatitis type B surface antigen helper T cell epitope which are linked to C-terminal of the peptide; and C-terminal peptide of mouse apolipoprotein CII linked to C-terminal of the help T cell epitope or monomer or dimer of peptide having a amino acid of sequence number 1, 2, or 3. The peptide tetramer has a sequence number 5. A vaccine for preventing or treating obesity contains immunogenicity hybride polypeptide.
