PURPOSE: A slide module and a portable terminal with the same are provided to include an elastic force providing unit providing bigger electric force in a same volume, thereby thinly forming the thickness of the portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: A first slide member and second slide member(141,142) are connected each other so that relative sliding is possible. A first arm member and second arm member(144,145) are respectively connected with the first or second slide member in one side and connected in other end so that relative movement is possible. An elastic force providing unit(150) adds elastic force to either the first slide member or the second slide member by the relative movement of the first and the second arm member. The first arm member and the second arm member are combined to be relatively rotated. At least one part of the elastic force providing unit is rolled by the relative rotation of the first arm member and the second arm member.
