PURPOSE: An auto calling router which distinguishes heterogeneous networks is provided to distinguish heterogeneous network available in 2G and 3G mobile communications terminals, thereby reducing costs consumed in the purchase of an additional ACR. CONSTITUTION: If a mobile communications terminal is connected to an ACR(Auto Calling Router), the ACR sets communications environment of the mobile communications terminal(S200). The ACR distinguish a network type after setting the communications environment(S210). When connecting a call, The ACR confirms whether the call connection target telephone number is a target of the ACR or not(S230). If the call connection target telephone number is a target of the ACR, the ACR connects to special category connection number in order to connect a call(S280). The network type is one or more among CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access), WCDMA(Wideband CDMA), GSM(Global System for Mobile communication), JCDMA(Japan CDMA), and TD(Time Division)-SCDMA(synchronous CDMA).
