PURPOSE: A rotary device for fastening a reinforcing bar is provided to conveniently keep the rotary device when the rotary device is not used without a case. CONSTITUTION: A rotary device for fastening a reinforcing bar is composed as follows. A supporter with a tail ring(34a) is inserted into a rear end supporter insertion groove of a hollow within a knob(20). A ring band type hanger(40), which has a ring band(42), is connected to the tail ring of the supporter.
