PURPOSE: A key insertion body and a torque transfer device using the same are provided to relieve stress concentration applied to a boss by installing the key insertion body in the boss. CONSTITUTION: A torque transfer device comprises a key insertion body, a boss(20), and a shaft. The key insertion body has a top surface(110) and a bottom surface(120). The top surface is composed of concave parts and convex parts. A first key groove is formed in the bottom surface. A groove is formed on the inner surface of the boss. The groove has multiple concave parts corresponding to the convex parts of the key insertion body. A second key groove is formed in the outer surface of the shaft in a longitudinal direction.
