PURPOSE: A method for measuring the quality for mobile environment and a device thereof are provided to collect data related to mobile environment quality from a mobile terminal through a device which is easy to carry and cheap and to collect the data related to mobile environment quality by distinguishing mobile communications networks. CONSTITUTION: A data collection unit(210) collects wireless environment quality data according to a mobile communications network that a mobile terminal uses from the mobile terminal. A data storage unit(220) stores the collected data. A data transmission unit(230) transmits the stored data to a device analyzing the data. The data collection unit comprises a mobile communications network decision unit(211) and a connection decision unit(212) deciding a connection with the mobile terminal. The mobile communications network decision unit decides a mobile communications network that the mobile terminal uses.
